LGB Alliance gets charity status

/1 @ALLIANCELGB was founded by three lesbians and a gay bloke. It has amazing women made of stainless steel in it who lead. It’s a quiet, patient, armour plated dreadnought of a ship that has arrived safe in harbour by steeling itself through many noisy battles

2/ Every day it’s the target of silly, stupid attacks that it’s transphobic or biphobic or whatever the desperate opposition throw, but it’s a steady ship that has quietly, persistently, clearly and now successfully fought for gay people

3/ It’s not a sin to be a man and love men or to be a woman and love women. You are not “genital fetishists”, you are not consumed and old fashioned - you are not the only kink that can be shamed. Men and women are two different, wonderful things. They are fireworks arcing across

4/ They are distinctly different types or human, their difference or not prejudice, if is a beautiful expression of yin and yang. Protector and creator. Warrior and mother. Thinker and talker. Talker and thinker.

5/ For the first time in 15 years you now have a charity that will celebrate your love, not seek to adjust or adapt it. You can now throw off chains of being ashamed. Gay people and straight people, are free to love the biological bodies they love. In our difference is our union.

6/ Loving a biological body and spirit are not sins. Love can never be a sin. To feel passion and unity with someone on the basis gay and straight people do is not sinful. It is not hate. It is a celebration of who we are. No charity must ever take that from us again.

Help LGBA build a world based on loving bodies, not regarding them as wrong.
